We Have an Exciting Opportunity in our Lived Experience team!
We are a Blackpool‑based charity working across Blackpool, Fylde and the Fylde Coast, with a long‑term commitment to supporting our local communities and improving lives. At the heart of what we do is empowering people to have their voices heard.
Role Purpose:
We are seeking two Community Navigators to support people in the Ingthorpe Ward who are experiencing multiple disadvantage, including housing instability, substance misuse, offending, domestic abuse, and mental health challenges. Using your own lived experience, you will build positive relationships, help individuals access essential services across Blackpool, and empower people to improve their wellbeing, increase their confidence, and become more connected within their communities. This is an opportunity to use your experience to inspire hope, promote inclusion, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
