We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Volunteer Co-ordinator to help recruit, support and develop our volunteers. This role is ideal for someone with relevant personal lived experience who is in a stable place in their own recovery and feels able to use their experiences constructively to encourage and support others on their journey.
As our Volunteer Co-ordinator, you'll help create a welcoming and inclusive volunteering environment, build positive relationships, and ensure our volunteers feel valued, supported and equipped to make a meaningful impact.

To recruit, support and develop a small team of Lived Experience Volunteers to participate in volunteer opportunities in the Blackpool Lived Experience Team and Blackpool Recovery Hub.
Support the Coproduction Lead in delivering the Volunteer accredited training package.
To ensure that the wellbeing and ongoing recovery of each volunteer is prioritised.
Develop a cohort of up to 10 volunteers.
Ensure a mix of volunteering hours are available throughout the working week
Ensure all volunteers have Personal Development Plans.
