We Have an Exciting Opportunity in our The Den team!
We are a Blackpool‑based charity working across Blackpool, Fylde and the Fylde Coast, with a long‑term commitment to supporting our local communities and improving lives. At the heart of what we do is empowering people to have their voices heard.
Role Purpose:
You will support young people individually or in groups to build confidence, improve emotional well-being, build confidence and resilience, develop healthy relationships and participate or re-engage in employment, education, training and community life. You will help young people develop their own support networks, listen to their voices to identify key issues, and build strong professional relationships to ensure their needs are met during and after the intervention.
The role will have a particular focus on engaging boys and young men, including those displaying antisocial behaviour, experiencing harmful peer or online influences, or disengaging from education and community life. You will work with partners to remove barriers to engagement and achieve each project’s agreed outcomes, while maintaining safe practice and professional boundaries.
